Frequently asked questions

A few things worth knowing.

Practical answers about scopes, prices, feedback and delivery. Your written proposal confirms the arrangements for your particular project.

How do we start?

Send a short introduction through the contact form or by email. Include your website, the work you are considering, a budget range and any important timing. We review the brief and clarify the scope before preparing a proposal.

Are the listed prices final?

The prices are starting estimates in US dollars for the example scopes shown. The final fee depends on the deliverables, complexity and inputs available. A written proposal confirms the total, any applicable taxes and separately approved third-party costs before work begins.

How long does a project take?

Each service page includes a planning range. Timing starts once the scope is agreed and the required content, access and approvals are available. The proposal confirms the schedule; delayed inputs or new requirements can change it.

How do revisions work?

Each starting scope states its planned review rounds. A round means one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed direction. New deliverables or a change of direction are discussed and quoted before additional work begins.

How are payments arranged?

The proposal sets out the payment schedule and method before you commit. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid order, and this website does not collect payment details.

What will we receive at handover?

The deliverables and file formats are listed in the proposal. We identify the agreed usage rights and any third-party licences, and explain which accounts or subscriptions you will need to maintain.

Can a project change or be cancelled?

Tell us as early as possible. We review completed work, the remaining scope and any committed third-party costs with you. Changes, cancellation arrangements and any refund entitlement are governed by the written agreement and applicable rights.

Do you guarantee a particular marketing result?

No. We agree the work to be delivered and how it will be reviewed. Revenue, rankings, leads and advertising returns depend on factors beyond the agency’s control, including the offer, market and available budget.

Can we work together remotely?

Yes. Briefing, feedback and delivery can be organised remotely using email, scheduled conversations and shared review documents. We agree communication channels and review times at the start.

Can you work with our existing identity?

Yes. We can develop messaging, campaign assets or a website around an existing identity. Share your brand guidelines and editable files so we can check what is available before defining the scope.
