How we work

A process you can follow.

A clear brief, a written scope and useful review points. Here is how a typical project moves from an initial enquiry to a considered handover.

  1. 1

    Share the starting point

Send a short brief with your business, audience, current website and the work you are considering. Include a budget range and any deadline so the conversation can stay practical.

You provide the context. We clarify the questions.

  2. 2

    Agree the proposal

We define the deliverables, exclusions, required inputs, review stages, estimated schedule and fees. The written agreement also confirms payment arrangements and the approach to changes.

You approve a clear scope before work starts.

  3. 3

    Develop and review

We prepare the agreed work and share it at the stated milestones. One consolidated set of feedback at each review helps keep revisions focused and decisions consistent.

You nominate one reviewer and return agreed feedback.

  4. 4

Deliver and plan the next step

We complete the agreed checks and organise the handover. Files, documentation, usage rights and any ongoing subscriptions are explained in the proposal. Further support is a separate conversation.

You receive the agreed deliverables and a useful handover.

Keep the project clear.

Communication

We agree review dates and communication channels at the start. Remote work is organised around scheduled conversations and clear written feedback.

Changes

New requirements can affect time and cost. We explain the impact and agree the change before doing additional work.

Dependencies

Content, account access and approvals are part of the schedule. If something is delayed, we review the delivery plan together.

Let’s define the right scope.

Tell us what you have in mind. We will help turn the starting point into a clear proposal.
